Exclusive: Full text of the MCC Agreement

As there are a lot of myths are wide-spreading against the MCC project, the Ministry of Finance has finally decided to release the agreement to the public. We welcome this move of the government before its too late. 

We would like to take this opportunity to invite all our "patriotic" politicians to reveal anything that causing harm to the country by welcoming this wonderful opportunity.
