Arci is a known Filipino actress and singer. She was here in Sri Lanka on an invitation by the President Maithripala Sirisena. Born in 1989 Arci Muñoz ( Ramona Cecilia Datuin Muñoz) is the vocalist of the Filipino rock band Philia.
