Former President of Sri Lanka Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga (CBK) issued a statement by strongly denying the allegation made by one of the newspapers published in Colombo.
According to the newspaper report, an investigation over the land deal is concealing for about eight years, though the court has ordered.
However, while refusing the news report CBK noted that “in my life, I have done only one land deal which is selling the lands I received by the parents”
