Full Text: Historic judgment on constitutional crisis in Sri Lanka

For the reasons set out above, I hold that the Petitioners‘ rights guaranteed underArticle 12 (1) of the Constitution have been violated by the issue of the Proclamation filed with the petition in SC FR 351/2018 marked ―P1 and makeorder quashing the said Proclamation and declaring the said Proclamation marked―P1 null, void ab initio and without force or effect in law,' the historic judgment which overturned the President Sirisen's dissolving the parliament said yesterday.
