President Rajapakse should appoint Kumaran Padmanathan (KP) as the Head of Sri Lankan Delegation to Geneva?

( February 28, 2013, Sydney, Sri Lanka Guardian) If the Island, (the Colombo based pro-Rajapaksa daily) has correctly reported the exacts words of Minister Keheliya Rabukwella, that Kumaran Padmanathan (KP) has established communication links with important members of the pro- LTTE Tamil Diaspora and helped to win their hearts and minds and convince them that the futility of continuing with the state of mistrust and tension is correct, then the best candidate to lead the Sri Lankan delegation is none other than KP, so he may be able to win the hearts and minds of all the Diaspora Tamils opposing the government at the 22nd secession of the UNHRC, and defeat the resolution o the USA and their allies.

The person who originated the White Flag story is none other than K.P. So AG Mohan Peiris, the present CJ, charged this General Fonseka because the Sunday Leader published a false report that General Fonseka told the editor of that paper that Gotabaya gave the orders.
With my personal knowledge about how the Tamil Diaspora works and how KP keeps in touch with them to help them to protest against the Sri Lankan government of Rajapaksa brothers, this announcement of Keheliya may be the most hilarious information delivered by him to save the Rajapaksa’s foolish idea to allow KP to surrender to the Sri Lankan Intelligence headed by Kapila Hendawitharane and the then D/HC of Malaysia Major General Perera.
The Tamil Diaspora is very busy working to establish how to demolish the Rajapaksa government to save the Tamils in the North and the East from the inhuman treatments they suffer under the Militarization of the North and the East with KP and few others pro-LTTE members who are serving the government after the 2009.
K.P the man who procured Arms and Ammunition worth billions of Dollars for the LTTE, to kill and maim over 130,000 civilians and service personnel’s was chased by the Interpol, CIA and RAW in many countries. Ultimately he was apprehended by the Malaysian Intelligence in Malaysia and handed over to Sri Lankan Army Intelligence headed by the retired Major General Kapila Hendawitharane working for the MOD, but it seems that this arrest was a planned surrender than a well planed arrest according to KP’s own word to reporter Jeyaraj. .
K.P. knows that he will soon get arrested by the Interpol, CIA or the Raw, arranged through a close relation of his to surrender to the Sri Lankan authorities. This was a well planned stage drama to hoodwink the Sri Lankan masses and bring credit to Gotabaya Rajapakse as a master strategist. It was planned by the LTTE Diaspora with the help of a very close confidante of the Rajapakse family.
K.P after his arrest was handed over to the Sri Lankan authorities headed by retired Major General by the Malaysian Intelligence at the KL Airport and was brought to Sri Lanka in the Business Class of a Sri Lankan Airline. According to information provided by KP to the Sunday Leader, the entire Business Class was blocked and the passengers who were schedule to fly in the Business Class on that flight lost their privilege seats because KP was elevated to such a high position. As soon as the plane touched down at Katunayaka, K.P. was whisked away by the Intelligence officers direct to have breakfast with Gotabaya Rajapakse at his residence. This clearly demonstrate that K.P. is not a prisoner like General Fonseka but a friend of Rajapaksa’.
Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse, brother of President Rajapakse, who ran away from the Army in 1991, to save his life and limbs is now elevated to the top as the man who annihilated the LTTE with his strategies. But a certain episode which took place in the Nandikadal Lagoon on the last stages of this terrorist war, is haunting Mr. Gotabaya Rajapakse and he is looking for ways and means to save his life from the head hunters of the LTTE accusing him of War Crimes. So he selected the New Leader of the LTTE KP as his saviour.

If Mahinda appoint K.P to head the delegation he is going to be the STAR at this years Geneva meeting of the UNHRC. But according to International and Sri Lankan Law the AG should charge KP for killing and maiming 130 ,000 Sri Lankans, trying to kill General Fonseka and Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse and destroying the Central Bank, Dalada Maligawa, Galadari hotel and many entities than keeping him at VISUMPAY and treating him like a VIP.
The writer has received some information that this surrender was a staged act of the Tamil Diaspora and they will not allow the Rajapakse to go Scott free for killing their former Leader Prabakaran and subjected the Tamil IDP’s in such a humiliating manner. But if they like to test the patriotism of KP Mahinda Rajapaksa should appoint him as the Chief of the GOSL delegation and ask Minister Samarasinghe and the other Diplomats to help him to keep the Tamil Diaspora happy to save Sri Lanka from a total annihilation.
