(February 2, 2013, London, Sri Lanka Guardian) Pahalagama Somarathana a convicted pedophile hiding in robe now in British jail, another alleged pedophile hiding his real face while running a Buddhist temple in London. According to the reliable source, Wanduramba Kassapa a Buddhist monk who alleged to rape an underage girl while he was residing at the Sri Sadhathissa Buddhist temple in Kingsbury, and running an another temple and Sunday School in Hounslow.
According to Buddhist monks at Sri Saddhathissa Buddhist Temple in Kingsbury, Wanduramba Kassapa was a monk and teacher at the temple and he used to sexually abused children who came to religious education, perhaps there were strong evidences that he raped a underage girl.
After this incident he went to hiding in North of England for few years and returned and started new one to do his ‘business’ again. In the UK most of the minority communities are not complain about this kind of crimes because of the cultural issues.
