Justice, Shirani Bandaranayake was handed over to Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa a
short while ago, Deputy Speaker, Chandima Weerakkody told the media.
Minister
Pavithra Wanniarachchi, Deputy Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna and MPs Shantha
Bandara and Arundika Fernando have handed over the impeachment.
There
are six charges of improper conduct against the chief justice in the
impeachment.
