Whose negligence is it?

( September 05, 2012, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Reciprocation is not a crime, for all it is dispensing justice by the equivalent amount. That is justice isn't it ?It is not revenge for justice is reciprocation of the crime by the equal amount. What can people do in the absence of the higher authority- Jean Jacques Rousseau , On social contract.
When for 60 years Tamils in Sri Lanka was abused, subjugated and tortured no one dare to raise their voice to say that is wrong. Those people forget there is what is called people power or the popular power. This is the real power. 40,000 people were massacred and India did not even blink an eye. To them Tamils are a problem not part of their nation. What did the Super power do? Nothing. China kept supplying arms, India playing dirty politics, Russia we do not know what they are doing. No body cared about the atrocities and no body cares about the plight of Tamils. But we Tamils all over the world care about our own kith and kin. What is wrong with it? If Justice is reciprocation of equivalent punishment, isn't it revenge? Why when a judge makes a decision it is justice and when people make the same decision it is revolution and injustice. In the first place if justice prevailed, which did not prevail in Sri Lanka, then there is no need for people justice. All they did was to by pass the system. The system was flawed and ineffective and inept and indifferent to the plight of the Tamils.
What is United Nations doing, it is toothless, powerless posturing organisation of inept people. The Secretary General is incapable of convincing the criminals in Sri Lanka that they have to obey International laws. he does not have the guts to say it.
In the absence of international efforts to put the criminals behind bars, people have to take the law into their own hands. I say there is tiger in my room and they say you have to obey the animal rights or you have to call the police. That is the justice system we have. Even in self defence one cannot use sufficient force to subdue the enemy.
I salute the people of Tamil Nadu and the Diaspora Tamil for protecting the innocent Tamils in Sri Lanka.
For 60 years the Tamils were abused and finally it ended up in Genocide and still no one cares. We put an innocent shop lifter in Jail but mass scale murderers are invited to the palaces and parliaments. Whom are they fooling? If any one ridiculed Nostrdamus and his predictions 500 years ago will one day wake up to mass scale and large scale people power. So far they fooling the masses with free elections. Do we have free elections? All we can do is to vote for one of the two candidates chosen by the establishment.
If Singhalese are majority in Sri Lanka, now they are minority in Indian Ocean. Did any of those stupid think about it? They thought LTTE and Prabaharan are gone, may be he is gone but he created 70 million of him. There are 70 million people think alike and think alike him. It is a unified force the world has to reckon with. If any one thought the freedom movement is gone they must understand that as long as there are inequalities there will be potentials. I can understand Rajapaksa, they are stupid criminals but what ever happened to the learned people among the Singhalese?
Next 60 years will be pay up time or reciprocation time. What you did to Tamils in the last 60 years will be repeated. That is justice isn't it? it is not revenge for justice is reciprocation of the crime by the equal amount. In every country and every court of justice that is the law, I will challenge any lawyer to refute my stance. Why should a one person judge dispense justice, why not a group of people do the same?. No Singhalese should feel alienated or abused, you are just inheriting the sins of the parents and grand parents.
