“Community service is no substitute for capital punishment and nothing concentrates the thinking mind of a criminal than the horror of the noose and the hangman”

( August 14, 2012, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Rajapkasas have finally realised that they can see their fate with clarity. The moral force of the world has kept its relentless onslaught on their determination and belief that somehow they can elude and escape the invisible hand and the scythe of the universal justice.
They are not dumb either; they are smart in their own way. Even a saint will become smarter if he or she kept on his path to illumination. Their path to illumination was crime and violence. They were chosen by the Sri Lankan establishment to ethnically cleanse Sri Lanka free of other cultures and religious thoughts. They don’t have a culture either; if they do they will appreciate and reciprocate with others. They are like frogs on an atoll in the Indian Ocean.
To Rajapaksas there is only one form of righteousness, that is self righteousness and all others are immaterial, they do not like opposite views, any one oppose them is eliminated via criminal gangs. There is rumour that the white Van and the beheading of opponents was the creation of the Rajapaksas. What kept them secure is their connections to the law enforce and judiciary. They developed that criminal behaviour into an art and cult.
Within Sri Lanka they were able to establish themselves well due to the fertile atmosphere prevailed since 1970. Racial problems, criminal activities were on the rise and a culture was being formed and fostered. In the name of nationalism any form of violence against minorities was justified and promoted. The famous serial killer “Yakadaya” was never prosecuted for he is a hero for having killed a Tamil Postal employee but in the eye of the universal justice he was a murderer. Even Rajapaksa himself has invited him to the Presidential Palace. Rajapaksas developed a taste of murders for that is the sure fire way to suppress evidence. They got away so far. They were able to stage violence and murders to stimulate the anti Tamil feeling among Singhalese masses. All politicians do, but here we have a family of politicians, their path way to power was crime, murders and violence.
Soon after the war their attempt to internationalize their criminal activities met with opposition. Even Rajapkasa was professed to send a team of hit men to the United Nations to intimidate the UN staff. UN was a thorn in their flesh. China and Russia were the enforcers who made sure no one meddle with the Rajapaksas. China and Russia are the pariahs who propagated violence around the world. To them it is Anti West; to them human lives are of no concern. China and Russia do not want to move into the world of Freedom, to them it is very intimidating. But little they know that the only way to keep a nation together is not to force it to be together. It is the Freedom and Respect that breeds the feeling of community and a sense of belonging. Parents, we keep our families together by encouraging discussion and dialogue and discouraging dispute and disdain. So are communities and so are nations. It is the freedom and the responsibility that are the essence and the essentials of any communion.
The problem Rajapaksa’s face is the United Nations, International Community and The Tamil Diaspora. Don’t be mistaken Tamils are industrious, community minded and nation building people. Don’t ask me why, I do not know; I call it the way I see it. The proof is in the pudding, go to any nation and see how well they do, go to any university and see them excelling. Why do they do it so well? Why do Scots, Jews, Germans, Japanese and Korean do well? To the Singhalese in the South of Sri Lanka and the Indians in the North India Tamils were an envy; as one invading Indian military man quoted, how comes you have so much wealth, when in India we have beg on the streets. My answer to his dilemma is Sir; everything is free in the world if you are willing work for it. There is much more to the Tamil culture than what you see on the surface. I am seventy years old, someone asked me why am I working so hard, I said, “someone worked harder to give this world to me, it is a relay race; I have to hand it over to the next generation of runners, in fact I am now working for the generation next. This is something Rajapaksas are alien to, they cannot fathom the depth of the mind of people who work day in day out, there is no let up, there is no week end or weak end, and it is life at its best. The exhilaration one feels after a hard day’s work and the sweet taste of unadulterated pure water, they have never known or experienced. Why cannot they think like us? Why would they think we can be eliminated from the face of the earth? Because they are lazy, their minds are the workshop of the devil. Devil dwells in their hearts and minds.
Now this Rajapaksas family is suspected of the masterminds behind several crimes dating as far as 1970.If they face the criminal justice system they will be condemned to capital punishment and to electric chair. They know that, they are not dumb. But what alternative they have? Continue to rise in power through the medium of crime. They were willing to kill anyone. They rose to so much in power that the whole law enforcement was scared to hell and officers left and the vacancies were filled with criminals. Look at Ministers Keheliya Rumbukwella, Mervyn Silva, Duminda Silva; they are all criminals and drug dealers. Everyone in Sri Lanka knows it, but they cannot say it! It is the state of Cyclops at the entrance! They were about to globalize their criminal activities and China and Russia to protect them. Since they cannot survive anymore, for the United Nations is going to sanction them to the International criminal courts for adjudication, they have to do something. They chose community service as the substitute and some stupid Diaspora Tamils are salivating at the offer. I totally accept that little boy who called me a Tamil Pariah in 1971. Yes 1971. One fellow told me you must see the roads, cars and cell phones in Jaffna!. So much for the richness of my Tamil heritage! He came to Canada and he is still cutting fish in a rundown store. He could not make it in Canada, he cannot afford a car in Canada, where everyone has a car and many have more than one. Canadian soil is so rich you throw anything and it will grow. You simply cannot fail!!. To him when he went back to his native land, he was given royal welcome for he is Canadian, little the folks down there know that he is a total failure. He cannot mingle with other communities for he has no means of communication; he has no English language proficiency!
If Rajapaksas can pull off these stunts to fool the world, they will be hailed as heroes. They will prove to the world that there is no moral justice in the material world. It is the survival of the fittest, survival of the smartest. There is no pain, there are no grievances, and there is no mercy. It is the law of the jungle that is the right law of nature. My dilemma is if a Tamil man came to the west, he has come to better pastures, the chances of succeeding are a thousand fold, then why would he run to Sri Lanka to come back and praise the progress, he could have stayed their developed his mother land isn’t it? No he is a no man; he has no morals except laziness and indolence.
Why do the Rajapaksas alluring the Diaspora Tamils? It is the Diaspora has become the rain maker, the decision maker, they can be financiers too! Anyone who earned his money well remembers the three maxims of investment; vis-a vis Security of the Capital, Income potential and Asset appreciation. If any Tamil man does not know and practice these fundamental must read the book “Fool and his money” and "The richest man in Babylon".
The nation of Sri Lanka has to be cleaned up, criminals must be rounded up, put on trial and those found guilty of murders must be destined to the guillotine, that includes The President and his beloved family!.
