Dayan At Yale University



(March 30, Paris, Sri Lanka Guardian) Dr Dayan Jayatilleka, Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to France and Permanent Delegate to UNESCO, and Honorary Senior Fellow, Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore, presented a paper by invitation at a Workshop on Global Leadership held at Yale University, USA held from March 25th to 27th.

The Global Leadership Workshop Program, conducted by the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, Yale, covered international leadership ranging across a spectrum of different disciplines.

The Guest speaker was Marwan Muasher, a former Jordanian Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister in charge of governmental reform. He was Jordan’s first ambassador to Israel and later ambassador to the United States and played a key role in Middle East Peace negotiations over two decades. He is the author of ‘The Arab Center: The Promise of Moderation’.
