(November 24, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) According to reliable information, a journalist attached to the Lankadeepa - a Colombo based daily newspaper had a met with the Indian High Commissioner at his residence on the request of Sajith Premadasa of the United National Party.
According to our source, the journalist had met the High Commissioner and had discussion about Sajith Premadasa, the Member of Parliament to Hambanthota District. In the discussion, he had explained how Sajith Premadasa would deal with India, if he is elected as the leader of the United National Party. He has also said that the India should be not be concerned when he stand up on issues on behalf of the Sajith Premadasa.
When Sri Lanka Guardian spoke to the journalist over the phone, the Lankadeepa journalist denied the claim of our source in the High Commission in Colombo.
