Tamil Woman faces Tube murder charge

A woman is due in court charged with the murder of a man who fell under a Tube train

A 34-year-old woman is due to appear in court charged with the murder of a 63-year-old man who fell under a Tube train while wearing women’s clothes.

The victim, from central London, was struck by a train at King’s Cross station in London during the Monday evening rush hour.

A woman has been charged with murder after a man wearing women's clothes was apparently pushed under a Tube train.

British Transport Police were called to King's Cross Station in central London on Monday evening to reports a man was under a Piccadilly Line train.

Nina Kanagasingham, 34, of Chichele Road, Cricklewood, north London, who was arrested at the scene will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

The victim's name is yet to be released.

The Piccadilly line was temporarily closed and the station was evacuated to allow police to recover the man's body. Tell a Friend
