The second court martial is connected with the allegations of awarding tenders to Hicorp Pvt Ltd of which Fonseka's son in law Danuna Tilkaratna was a Director.
Ms Anoma Fonseka who visited Gen. Fonseka this morning said that she too had heard that the ruling will be delivered today, but had no confirmation.
