The Regime is Captured by Swindlers in Nepal?

(June 25, Kathmandu, Sri Lanka Guardian) The taps are running dry and the wells cannot be dug any further. Some swindler and non-visionaries leaders in Nepal have set to dig the well following the foreign direction. What defects were there in the 1990 Constitution that we needed another constitution? The leaders of Maoist, Nepali Congress and UML have said that constitution would be made through the Constituent Assembly (CA). The CA election was held.But they could not draft the constitution. They presented a nude dance on 28 May, 2010 by adding the term of CA which had already ended. When a Bhramin was walking by boring a goat on his soldier, three thieves made a conspiratorial plan to eat the goat that the Bhramin was carrying. A thief said, "Oh! Old Bhramin! Why are you carrying a dog on your soldier? Oh, how could you carry a dog? The three thieves tricked the Bhramin into believing and proved a goat-a dog. They eventually ate the goat. Similarly, the leaders of the three parties have tricked Nepalese people by extending the term of CA that had already died. Who shall support the constitution drafted by such crooks and non-visionary leaders? For How Long will the Regime of Swindlers last in Nepal?

Maoist has been striped naked. The Maoist fell into an entrapment due to its own doing. The PM- Madhav Nepal, who was called a puppet, has won. We had expected that Maoist would do something to contribute to the nation's development. We could not come to terms with Maoist ideology due to its wrong activities. The party was also not loyal to the nation. Maoist has capitulated to Madhav Nepal. This is Maoist defeat. Before 2005, the Maoist party had not raised the issue of Constituent Assembly (CA). India took the initiative for 12-point understanding by forging an agreement between power-hungry brokers of UML, Nepali Congress and Maoist. That is why they have become India's gardeners. Many incidents punctuated the period after 12-point understanding. The traitors roamed unrestrained after the success of the people's uprising. They do what the foreigners ask them to do.

It is the mandate of the people to draft the constitution within two years period. Two years elapsed but the constitution was not made. Maoist took a stance that it would not reach any agreement nor allow CA's extension unless the culprit PM Madhav Nepal resigned from Prime Minister's position. Maoist agreed to shake hands with Madhav Nepal when it was 15 minutes to the deadline at 12 o'clock on 28 May- when the two years period was ending. Only one lawmaker, a patriotic warrior, Chandra Bahadur Gurung spoke in the parliament, "To extend the CA term is against the people's mandate and unconstitutional subject. We oppose this." The countenance of Maoist leader Prachanda and Baburam Bhattarai in television was worth noting. It’s a disgrace-Nepal's leaders. The Maoist talks are sometimes tilted to this side and at times to another side, what is this?

They should have left after failing to draft the new constitution within two years period but they clung on to it as an old Ox to a cow. It cannot be trusted that the constitution would be drafted by such unsuccessful elements. They have worked together with consent and created suffering for the people-this does not lie under the category of politics. This is a shameful act.

Traitors that have bore the foreigners' agendas as republic, secularism, and federalism and drowned their own motherland will never be spared an apology by Nepalese people. Since the day-at 11:45 on 28 May-Maoist surrendered to Madhav Nepal, the party has been seething. I am not supporter of the traitor- Madhav Nepal.He is one of the traitors, although, there is no reason to resign in such circumstances. The Maoist is not going to displace weapons and PLA, neither returning the seized properties. Where from the topic that PM resigns would come? Maoist party is responsible for the current power-sway held by Madhav Nepal like curse of the nation. It is with sadness-Maoist only looked to eat by extending the CA. It is Maoist defeat.

The Maoist, which had risen against the imperialism and expansionism, could not free itself from India's conspiracy and expansionist force. Maoist fell into the trap of UNMIN and the European nation's representatives to become the dice of imperialism and expansionism. The party put a grinding halt to the indefinite general strike on the sixth day at the direction of Norway, France, Britain, Germany including other European nation's ambassadors and UNMIN. Is it nationalism to follow the foreigners? Actually, the leaders of Nepali Congress, UML and Maoist signed the 12-point agreement like Sikkim's Lendup to try ending Nepal's existence. This is the worry faced by the Nepalese only. They are puppets of foreigners. They will not draft the constitution.

An integrated China's interest is in line with Nepal's reformed sovereignty. China will not trust any pro-Indian communist, whether it's Maoist or UML. China is well acquainted with the fact that until Nepal remains free it will not pose any danger to it. With the acknowledgement that a republic Nepal could be played by foreigners to raise the Free-Tibet issue leading to eventual disintegration of an integrated China, it had revered the royal institution as a power source. Three decades ago the Khampa (Tibetan refuses) problem was raised for Free-Tibet. Then uncountable number of weapons was accumulated in northern Nepal, which China has not forgotten. India wants to take over the Nepal's defence and foreign policy by rendering it into such ranks as of a failed nation. China had been keenly interested that Maoist could take the nationalist line. It is understood that since the day when Prachanda with an intention to please CIA and European nations at the Open Theatre-organized by Christian mission-said that those speaking against secularism would be abducted, then, China was miffed. The defamation took place in national and international level.

Meanwhile, India is suffering under Maoist attacks. It is said that Indians are very close to accepting their mistakes they committed against Nepal. India is playing a diplomatic step to restore two of Nepal's fundamental institutions for stability-royal institution and the Hindu nation's status. China and India both have courted crisis for not understanding truth that if the royal institution is retained it could herald about a balance in terrorism and regional instability and defend democracy. When the 1990 Constitution was still function why was the CA demanded? It was a conspiracy to drown Nepal. Now the constitution would not be drafted from CA. Even if it were drafted, it would not be supported. Since the birth of interim constitution it remained handicapped and controversial. In a state when the royal institution is deposed and passive, it is clear for everyone that Nepal cannot survive. Regardless of the mistakes committee by regardless of whom, everyone's attention ought to be focused on the revival of the 1990 Constitution. In the presence of the monarch, Nepalese people, state's resources and tools, court, civil service and governmental and non governmental administrative management, national security organs ought to be accountable and tread the positive path for lasting peace and protection of Nepal's sovereign independence.
