We are losing our Democratic peace via entity ruled by Oligarchy

(February 21, Colombo, Sri Lankan Guardian) I, being a political writer or an analyst would liketo share my opinion with my loving nation who loves peace by means of democracy. The democracy has been stolen from the people by the Oligarchy. I had been pushing the nation via articles saying that “do not repeat the same mistake yet again by electing or selecting the incumbent president yet again for a hopeless term” but they could not comprehend though now they realize while it has been so late.

It is not local but a global factor that the LTTE leader Prabakaran was one the deadliest human animal on the planet earth who dominated more than a couple of decades the island with numerous issues, moment in time on customary basis which was recently ended. Despite the fact that the LTTE leader is no more among the living creatures but in the shape of a Sinhala tiger existing as the head of the state yet again destroying the peace of the Sri Lanka.

The cancer is keep expanding its infection towards the people only because of the power hunger. The Prabakaran was bad enough but the incumbent head of state is deteriorate; it has been shifted from bad towards worse. Prabakaran was bad so incumbent head of state is worse. “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”.

We needed a change. Is this the change we needed? The change we need is the change in the leadership. There is no democracy but oligarchy. Your votes in the presidential election had been stolen away but do not repeat the same at the general election. We love our country. We need freedom. The mixture of Idi Amin, Mussolini and Hitler collectively united in terms of oligarchy and revolving against the will of the people over the democracy.

It is the high time for the people to save the democracy by opposing the oligarchy to bring the democratic peace in the island by providing your vote to the UNP, SLMC and other coalitions to save our nation from the king family. Gradually we are losing our every single right with or without our knowledge to oligarchic rulers. The total defense forces have been miss led while the prestigious lives have been taken by continuing violations against its own nation by the oligarchic rulers is an unacceptable fact.

At least Sri Lanka is considered the south Asia’s highest educated nation living state of having 94% of percentage, and that educated society should not be cheated for illusion and oligarchic/autocratic rulers. We should feel how good the Sarath Fonseka, he is the war hero of this island. Now he is being arrested. Why? It is the question. why? Whatever the current government doing is front of you and you are the evidence and you are the jury. Therefore, for a prosperous, peaceful, democratic country if you desire; it is the time to act not to think. Consequently, your decisions today will bright your future tomorrow.
