Tissainayagam who was convicted under the Prevention of Terrorism Act was officially released today after being granted bail by the Court of Appeal on Monday.
He was sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment (RI) last year.He was granted a cash bail of Rs. 50, 000 on medical grounds.
