Anarchism in Nepal 2006-2009

(December 24, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian ) Since 2006 Nepalese people tolerated the worst political practice made by corrupt and culprit leaders. The nation achieved the climaxed height of the lawlessness, theft, robbery, ransom and murders. The corruption is out of control. A corrupt tendency has been institutionalizing as a system. The Nepalese justice system has failed in practice. In every criminal case, police have still refusing to register the criminal complaints, sometimes in the face of a court order to do so. Due to the culprit's regime, the government has failed to reform laws that impede effective criminal investigations into past violations. There is no justice in Nepal, no rule of law and no government.

The anarchist party leaders and senior most government officials cannot escape justice. The culprit leaders and security officials must be punished because they are not employed to kill citizens. The party leaders thought the movement for democracy was just to rise in power, earn money, loot the country and get more personal facilities. All the political and administrative mechanism has defunct. Experiences are the proofs to reveal that all the political traitors invested their time and energy just for power and to accumulate big chunk of money, land, home and expensive vehicles. Their amassed properties in the name of democracy are hidden in different banks, lands, big houses and business. Democracy has been abused as a ladder for power by the anti-nationalist political leaders. So, we are suffering from the traitors who are in regime. The following cartoons which I found from the newspapers, say the real situations of the so-called big parties- Congress, UML and Maoist.

History has proved that all the culprit Brahman leaders of this country are not loyal towards Nepal. Trefoil politics has proved that all the Brahman leaders of so-called three big parties are crazy for power. The vulnerable situation of the country, lawlessness, skyrocketing prices and deteriorating economic conditions are due to the visionless governance and we are going to be a failed Nation. Why the Brahaman: Girija and his agents, UML's Madhab Nepal, Jhalanath, Bamdev, and the Maoist's Prachanda and Baburam Bhattarai and their followers are recognizing that a under secretary ranked Mr. Sood (Indian ambassador) is familiar to order and dictate all Nepalese. The present leadership in all the major parties is shady visionless and pessimistic people, which is proved and tested by the time and history of two decades. Is it Loktantra (Democracy)?

Nepal is a country which has a long history of communal harmony where all castes, religions, languages have throughout survived and flourishing with tolerance and co-existences. Since 2006 monarchy and lawlessness are ruling the roost in Nepal. Without peace and security, we can't achieve anything. Criminals are roaming freely. These criminals' gangs fear no one given the backing of the political party leaders. Many criminals are executing serious crimes even under broad daylight. The Nepalese people are feeling that the country in the worst situation in Nepal history.

Now a day's few pro-Mahesh leaders are lifting Hindi language and slogan of 'one Mahesh single state'. This is also apart of dangerous strategic game designed by India. Senior journalist Mr. Yubraj Ghimire writes–The nation is sinking due to selfishness of few party leaders. Major accused person is Girija Prasad Koirala. Both the movements of 1950-1990 (2007-2046Bs) were for the establishment of parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy. Apart to this, people were not participated. Girija Prasad Koirala had cupidity for President, as suggested by Maoists through Shekhar Koirala and Krishna Sitaula. Mr Koirala with such greed abandoned the principles and beliefs. ( Rajdhani- 17th July 2009 (2nd Srawan 2066) Central member of Nepali Congress Mr Devendra Nepali accuses Mr Koirala saying- he did nothing even when country and party was sinking. He imposed Maoist n agendas like republic, secularism, federalism and constituent assembly through back door. The country is facing the consequences. Republic and federalism are the factors to split and destroy the country. (Kantipur 22th July 2009 (7th Srawan 2066).

Constitutionalism is the way of the nation. But, due to the bad intention of the profounder of parties, don't like to follow the norms of the constitution and existing laws. They are establishing the anarchism by such immoral activities. The culprit leaders of Nepali Congress, UML, and Maoists don't like to correct their mistakes. One of the founder leader of Nepali Congress Krishna Prasad Bhattarai has said –'the country has been facing a series of problems due to the mistake of abolishing the royal institution'. The uncertainty in the country will only end after the reinstatement of monarchy. The national policies of Nepal have become very crucial. Unfortunately, Nepal has no leader who can lead the country. The corruptions have been overshadowing by the corrupt leaders of party.

Therefore, we must not take up anything that would become too burdensome to carry on. Nepal does not have any basis or foundation that could support republic. Carrying the slogan of a republic is not the solution of our country. Nepal needs a permanent institution that can shoulder the responsibility for its independence, national unity and sovereignty. The King had no role in bringing this sorry state of this country. The existing, uncertain and precarious situation can only be averted if a balance can be maintained among nationality, monarchy and parliamentary democracy. Nepal's independence, sovereignty and democracy can never be safeguarded by abolishing monarchy. Nepal needs a credible reply and response from all other nationalists of all party that they are going to abolish the monarchy for-ever.
