There is nothing new in Colombo rather than stormy rain and cold wind. Bad weather has already destroyed thousands of houses and also it was taken few human lives in the Island so far.
So… it’s interesting politics developing in Sri Lanka as like in the past. These developments must be tantalizing the conditioned minds and it is all to make the people forget their tummy burbling problems.
President’s birth place (in the South) is in the news these days. It is all to do with the forthcoming Provincial Council election which will be held in the next week.
A young and talented actress who has little knowledge of politics Anarkalee Arkarsha is on the stage wearing her exhilarating bikini dress that makes her receive phones calls from her Ayya. By the time other gang of the regime tries to edge her, Anakalee will play new tunes with her Ayya and she will get more guidance from her beauty aunty from the Cinnamon yard. The problem of course is the future. It is the birth place of the high moralistic party - the Attanagalla, Walawwa party that seeded the Sinahalization of SWRD in 1956.
With all these tantalizing political battle in the South, there was a bomb blast in the further north in Kurunagala. This suddenly created panic among the people in the Island and in particular in the Karunagala town. Later they said they have found the person who planted this bomb targeting the school children in Minneriaya.
Is there any inside politics over this incident? According to news reports and insiders, it is all to do with the next prime minister (the Guru) of the island nation who is expected to start his political journey from Kurunagala. There is strong secrecy maintained about the tragedy. In the past any such attacks on civilian targets gave political leverage to the Rajapaksha regime. But it was all hush! Hush!! Efforts. Who knows who did it? The Almighty Lord only knows the truth.
There was a great game plan in Colombo over Secretary of the State of the US comment about rape in the war the government is executing. The US state officials refused to meet our national hero- the Secretary of the Defence of Sri Lanka. He is also a citizen of US.
Now that he has been humiliated, will he say good bye to the Yankee state and burn his green card in the pile of skeletons in the northern war theatre? I recall his blurb when the security forces were engaged in the liberation of the country in collaboration with the Karuna faction in the East. That day he told the media that he can go to the US if the situation endangers his safety in this country. His vegetarianism and non-smoking lifestyle has given him the correct vision to stay here in Colombo for a long time as a result of Tamil Tigers being eliminated by the security forces under the able leadership of the Former Army Chief General Sarath Fonseka. Of course, the Defense Secretary will fly to the US often to validate his green card, so that if events turn against him and his family rulers, he will be the first to board a plane to settle in the mansion he may have invested in his Yankee state.
Now …Mrs. Hilary Clinton is saying Sri Lanka is one of the countries there was rape being practiced as a weapon in war. It’s very interesting to read the reply about Hillary’s comment given by the newly appointed US ambassador in Sri Lanka. She says there are no references to security forces or Tamil Tigers who are accused of involvement in the rapes. But newly appointed Madam Ambassador has already forgotten or not known what Mrs. Clinton said during her presidential election campaign (quote Guardian in London). She said, Tamil Tigers are not like the Al-Quaida, who are terrorists and Tamil Tigers are fighting for the freedom of the minority in the Island nation.There are many Tamil politicians who are the bedfellows of the government, and are keeping silence while few Sinhalese scream against Mrs. Clinton’s citing of war crimes in Sri Lanka. Even Professor Rajiva Wijesinghe has become a deep sore scratcher. The Defense News Website run by the government is providing him the forum to continually attack Mrs. Clinton without addressing the issues in a responsible way.
Where is Chithana fan and Chinthan’s party deputy the Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan a.k.a self centric Karuna in the Tamil circle? He knows all the truth and if he vomits them he will be implicated in the allegation of Mrs. Clinton. The former LTTE commander Karuna is now a man of the females provided by the Chinthanaya regime. He is more interested in dancing with his Manika’s than coming out with facts about the suffering Tamils in the North or East.
He went on an official visit to the Tamil camps in the north recently. He would neither praise nor criticize the situation. If so, why did he go there? Many say he produced many off springs whilst he was the commander of the LTTE and he must have gone to see his thangatchi or his kutty pillai to give some Gunasiri Bulto’s to tell them that he has not forgotten them. Oh! The olden advert: ‘Gunasiri Bulto babata Thatha Genath Thei’ is remembered here.

Our advise is, if you prolong your self centered path of dictatorial rule, you will soon lead the whole country into anarchy with blood flowing in the rivers of mother Sri Lanka.
Some rekindle for the citizen Silva…. they said Prabhakaran was killed twice. One in Nanthikandal lagoon on May 17 and the other in Colombo on October 03. There is no evidence on his entire family including 14 year old second son Balachandran. Yeah! I went to that the exhibition in Colombo, which promoted the Tamil Tigers’s liberation struggle and their skills in the last three decades. I went alone first then joined with some Sinhalese fans, they were loudly saying, “Marai” (Strange).
Will Chinthanaya or Gota the Sinhala Koty tell us how come Prabhakaran’s dead body was displayed with the amuday (suspenders) when he is known to wear boxer shorts especially got down from the superstores in the Oxford Street in London?
