(August 11, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) A dolphin van packed with 100 kilograms of claymore side chargers was detected by the Police in Mannar earlier today.The detection was made by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) who had sent a team of officers after a tip off was received from two suspects in Mount Lavinia.
The two suspects were taken to Mannar and there another suspect was arrested.
Police said attempts were being made to bring the van to Colombo, said CCD Director SSP Vaas Gunawardena. -Sri Lanka Guardian
