(December 27, Chennai, Sri Lanka Guardian) Janata Party president Dr Subramanian Swamy today urged the State government to arrest DMK Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi for supporting the banned LTTE.Addressing mediapersons here, Swamy said the ‘Chennai Sangamam’ festival organised by Kanimozhi features people who are supporters of the LTTE and hence she should be arrested.
Urging the people to throw the UPA out of power, he said, ‘the UPA has committed corruption of Himalayan proportions.’
The Janata Party leader also wanted the Centre to appoint an enquiry commission headed by a former Supreme Court judge. - Sri Lanka Guardian
