I will not cry for baseless allegations - a response

(October 24, Oslo, Sri Lanka Guardian) I read Sri Lanka Guardian's latest report entitled 'My first encounter with Sethu' with much concern. Of note,

His campaign did not stop with one email, I was bombarded with many, and I even receive calls from him in the mid nights. Answer is ... I never send any mail to you, I don't have any connection what so ever with this spam mail matters, I am not a such a useless fellow to call you night time whiteout any business with you. I think someone misused my name with spam mail ID.

I also put adequate pressure on Sethu through official means to halt his campaign. Answer is ... i never ever faced any pressure from anyone including your terrorist friends. Godaddy.com say Nitharsanam.com operate from London and News editor name Mr.Ranjan 07883040709. I don't have any business with them. Norway and UK Police are not such fool like you, I don't have any website other than norwaynews or oslovoice.

My inquiries later revealed that Sethu was an LTTE activist and was responsible for managing many LTTE front websites including the nitharsanam.com. Answer is .... your inquiries are totally blind evidence presented in the High Court found his visit contrary to his comment and he was given a suspended sentence. To this date he has not paid fine imposed by the court. Answer is i don't know anything about this British law also being abused by R.Jayadevan. UK High Court never found anything about me.

His actions went further when he tampered with the Companies House records of TBC. He had, in collusion with an LTTE supporting accountant, forged the statutory documents and transferred the company in his name. Answer is ... if its truth why Police not investicate this matter? I never been involve with any forged the statutory documents case. I would like to remind you Mr.Jayadevan, Still You are a Tamil Terrorist.

It is most regrettable that Mr.Jayadevan did not attempt to clarify these allegations with the Harrow Crown Court, Harrow Magistrates Court, UK Police or person concerned, before publishing the highly scandalous allegations that have now to publick.

For your information, I am a full time journalist, registered with the governments Unite. For a decade, I have worked in various media organizations including Colombo's premier Tamil daily Veerakesari, the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation, short time with Tamil Broadcasting Corporation (TBC) London and the European Tamil Radio (ETBC).

Currently, I serve as a member organizer of Media alliance and am an acclaimed freelance journalist contributing to many media organizations in Sri Lanka and across the globe.
My involvement with the TBC is longstanding since I quit that station. I had made complaints to Norwegian police, British police and Britain's OFCOM about the continuous harassment and death threats issued against me on TBC.

However, the threats against me continued unabated. I had traveled from Norway to Britain with my wife and 8 month child, TBC owner's wife and his friends made a complaint against the police alleging that I had used inappropriate language against them. A court case relating to this incident is still ongoing.

Despite that fact that these allegations by the TBC staffs are being heard at the courts, Mr.Jayadevan has deemed appropriate to sever as judge, jury and executioner and label me with various titles on Sri Lanka Guardian's latest news is highly scandalous and has had a profound impact on my safety and reputation as a journalist.

To win the case against me, TBC owners have supplied Amnesty International with false information. By this British law also being abused.

Mr. Jayadevan

1.For the past 20 years you have been actively working against the interests of the Sinhalese people. FACT!

2.You was the one and only person to have appealed against the UK Terrorism Act of 2001. And went to LTTE roaming area in Jaffna and met some one who has day to day connection with LTTE (2005) FACT!

3.On your trip to Vanni in 2004 Jayadevan met with senior members of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). No one knows what he discussed with them. You still hasn't told anyone what plan they sent You to the UK with. FACT!

4.Since your return from Vanni, after a period of apparent "captivity"

5.Jayadevan said that the LTTE did not beat or torture him because he was British. That is a lie. Are you British National? when you got that? You are still a Sri Lankan national. So why didn't the LTTE beat you?

6.Dear Sinhala Brothers and Sisters and UK Police, do you think this Jayadevan switched against an organization that he had supported for the past 20 years because a petty issue such as chairmanship of a temple? Something Behind this drama. If so still you doing Buisness on Terror name Eelam. Why you not changed that?

7.Are you sure Jayadevan is not sending the temple money to the LTTE even?

8.What proof do you have that Jayadevan split up with the LTTE?

9.Do you just blindly believe everything he tells you?
