British Tamil Forum is suffering from acute contradictions

(October 09, London, Sri Lanka Guardian)The LTTE front British Tamil Forum (BTF) is claimed to be suffering from acute metal disorder from its inception. This congenital condition is passed on from its parent body (LTTE) and it is apparently hindering its ability to come to terms with the reality or behave orderly as His Masters Voice.
In its latest press release on the demonstration in London, it claimed: ‘Tamils gathered outside the UK Parliament on 6 October 2008 and demanded action against indiscriminate bombing of Tamils by Government of Sri Lanka’. This sentence was very specific that ‘Tamils (only) were gathered’ outside the parliament.
Contradicting the very same statement, the BTF press release went on to claim: ‘age, religion, language or gender were no barrier as from grand parents to babies in push chairs, Christians, Buddhists, Muslims and Hindus to Tamils, Sinhalese were all present at the scene.’
According to sources there Sinhalese or Buddhist were not present but to confirm their presence large cardboard cut-outs of the President of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapakse and a Buddhist monk was placed far away from the demonstrators (fearing they will liven up and reach the demonstrators).
In its statement, BTF further claimed over six thousand Tamils had gathered outside UK Parliament. Pictures published in the LTTE website Tamilnet at a glamce confirmed the true number of only about £1,200 Tamil attending the event.
A genuine pro LTTE source said some 300 people left the demonstration early which made up the claim of the independent sources of 1,500 attending the event. The back of the demonstration in the small Westminster Park in front of the parliament showed a large patch of rich grass which was not covered by the human heads of 6,000 people claimed by the BTF.
For the BTA simple human counts and estimation works in multiples. They apply their own established rule of 4 x (four times) of any real numbers or estimations. At the Pongu Tamil event held in July 2008, their claim exceeded the 4 x multiples when 6,500 crowd was claimed as 40,000.
Adducing from the news published in the LTTE supporting ‘Tamil Nation’ website, this congenital disorder of the BTF has reached its incorrigible level. The Tamil Nation has given the right publicity to a quote from a BTF press release to reflect the disturbed state of mind of the BTF: " Western governments’ policies on Sri Lanka should consciously include attempts to open up political space within their Tamil communities for non-Tiger political voices. Those governments with significant Tamil populations should engage representative civil society groups directly, expressing sympathy for the legitimate grievances of minorities in Sri Lanka, while challenging them to reject the LTTE’s destructive politics and actively guarding against any intimidation of anti-Tiger Tamil groups...Peace supporters should consider setting a deadline for renunciation of a separate state, after which they would actively pursue prosecutions of current LTTE leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity.... ....Countries should develop step-by-step benchmarks for progress towards revoking the terrorist designation – in part to encourage Prabhakaran’s removal..."- Sri Lanka Guardian
