Lalith Dissanayaka sworn in as new MP

(September 12, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Lalith Dissanayaka was sworn in this morning as a UPFA MP in Parliament before Speaker W.J.M.Lokubandara.

He replaces JVP Kegalle district MP Anuruddha Polgampola who resigned from his seat this week over allegations that he illegally smuggled a person to Japan. - Sri Lanka Guardian
