PC POLL NC & SG : LIVE RESULTS

(August 24, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) UPFA recorded comfortable victories in the Aranayaka and Kegalle electorates over the UNP.

In the Aranayka electorate the UPFA obtained 18,729 (58.83 ) votes against UNP’s 12,215 (38.37 ) votes. The JVP recorded 653( 2.05 ) votes.
In Aranayaka the UPFA recoreded a 6,514 majority and in kegalle a 14,928 majority

In Kegalle the UPFA obtained 28,809 (61.51) votes followed by the UNP 13,881 (34.42) votes and JVP 1,408 (3.49) votes.
