Norway has channeled the funds to the producer as a “S-Film” aid, so the documentary can be distributed on DVD and video. If this is not enough we have found the Norwegian MFA granted the documentary funds through the NORAD agency.

It seems to us this documentary was not only important for the LTTE, but also for the Norwegian MFA. The MFA want to show the Norwegian people they have funded a Christian separatist group andnot a terrorist organization. The Norwegian tax payer’s money spent on first class tickets, luxury hotels, alcohol brothel visits in Bangkok is justified, seems to be the message from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs want to convey to the Norwegian people with the LTTE documentary.

The LTTE is already using the documentary for fundraising and propaganda purposes. Once again we see Norway pay the cost for the LTTE fundraising for terrorism.
