(August 14, Oslo, Sri Lanka Guardian) "The Norwegian funded propaganda movie about the LTTE Black Tigers is used by the LTTE to raise funds and to justify the horrific terror is committing in Sri Lanka. The movie is carefully scripted to target the Christian audience in Europe, Australia and America,"the Norwegian Against Terrorism (NAT) said in a recent report will be release on tomorrow.
According to the report received by Sri Lanka Guardian, “ The use of two Catholic suicide cadres is no coincident. LTTE has used churches for their fundraising and several Christian organizations have assisted The LTTE in the LTTE fundraisers."
Christians around the world have been duped into funding and supporting the TRO and other LTTE front organizations.
The producer Ms. Beate Arnestad is attempting to hide the fact that the documentary received funding from the Norwegian Government. In a Tamilnet interview the producer said was funded by the Norwegian “The free speech foundation”. This foundation has supported several LTTE projects and denied funding to Tamil dissidents.
This is only partly true. The first funding for the documentary came from the Norwegian Government film fund who gavethe producer 250.000 Norwegian kroner (50,000 US dollars). The funds was given to the producer in 2005!
The NAT’s mission is to stop Norwegian funded terrorism and stop terrorist using Norway as a safe haven. NAT are monitoring the terrorist organizations working from Norway. NAT is concerned about the Norwegian manipulation of politics in democratic nations.It's is is not connected to any political party
