(August 13, Batticaloa, Sri Lanka Guardian) Rev. Jayanasan claiming to be a Bishop when he is not consecrated as a Bishop anywhere has addressed meeting at Padirippu , Batticaloa District, where religious leaders of all religions had a meeting.
At this meeting Jayanesan spoke that the Government of Sri Lanka cannot conducted manacle war pretending resolve the racial problem. It’s only a day dream. When there is a war no community can give peace. War is not a Solution, peace talks should start to solve the ethnic problem.
He was participating in the meeting as a leader of American Ceylon Mission which is restricted lay courts.
He continuingly say, that in the Wanni , thousands of civilians have been killed and thousands of peoples have been become displaces without food , water and shelters in shelling and rain of bombs by Sinhala Government.
This a crimes against humanity and therefore the combatants should stop the War and start negotiation s to peace talk.
