Other than in Toronto there has been no one directly collecting funds. Those accounts would be made public via our T4J website when received from Bruce Fein and our representative, Sriskandarajah.
Tamils For Justice are justified, and proud to have undertaken such a project, accomplished so much, in such a short period of time, with such transparency the only Tamil organization ever to do so. Since we have reached our target, we have temporarily stopped even raising funds. The funds collected by T4J is rather a minuscule amount as legal fees, compared to the Tamil charity like TRO collected worldwide in tens of millions of dollars. However, that is their right, and nobody need to answer to any Wilson such questions, which really has been originated in Bethesda and Toronto, by disgruntled and envious Tamils of the T4J project.
We have checked with Mr.Gnanakone, who has never known any Wilson Kumaran who seems to be a bogus individual who claims to be from California. If this so called Wilson gives his real contact we would be happy to pass the information to Mr. Gnanakone.

The LTTE is the sole representative of the Tamils, and will always be so. If some Tamil traitors do not like it so be it.
Everyone is aware 90 % of the Tamils consider them as their representative, for over 2 decades, and that was the reason many GOSL signed the ceasefire agreements with them, negotiated with them including the GOI.
Gnanakone nor Tamils For Justice need not justify the actions of the LTTE nor defend what they did, if they did, one or two decades ago. Who the hell are you to ask anyway?
LTTE can defend themselves, or their legal advisers/representatives can do that.
As for the Presidential elections boycott, it is the advisors in the diaspora who need to provide answers to the Tamils. Mr. Gnanakone need not nor is he obligated to make public his views on such matters. His views are well known by the GOSL, UNP, and others who matter. Anyway, it is the Rajapakse brothers and Tiran Alles who need to answer such questions to the Singhalese, and the Tamils, and not Gnanakone. Have you heard any other Tamil ever honestly commenting on that subject? As for Tamils For Justice our goals are pretty well defined and redefined since December 2007. T4J are not directed nor guided by any organizations, as stated in our statement on 1/23/2008.
There are many enemies of the Tamils For Justice among the Tamils who have tried to sabotage the Tamils For Justice project. This Wilson Kumaran aka unknown Tamil, seems to be another case of a spineless, gutless, Tamil with a bogus name. There seems to be a calculated, well motivated, ulterior motive and purpose of attack by jealous and envious Tamils behind this article. Tamils who steal, and sabotage have such vested interest.
As for the FBI, they are very familiar with bogus petitions, anonymous complaints, on the Tamils For Justice.

I'd like to submit this as evidence for your case against Gen. Fonseka.
We are from Killinochchi and are poor. After my sister finished schooling, she joined a local NGO. Actually it's an INGO involved in social welfare for Tamils. My sister was sent for a 6 month training. When she came back she was a different person. A woman with a mission! Soon after, she was posted to Colombo.
One day she came home on a visit. She said that she has been picked to go and greet Gen. Fonseka and thank him for his service to the country on behalf of her INGO. Before she left she had dinner with the founder of the INGO. She was even gifted with a new suit fitting for the occasion.
Upon her arrival in Colombo she went to Gen. F's Head Quarters excited and all dressed up in her new suit.
Upon the General's arrival my sister went to greet him and approached his car with a big smile. Just then, one of the General's body guards in a motor bike blocked her and kicked her in the most unprofessional manner. She fell down so hard it caused a loud explosion sending her to Eezham and the General to the hospital.
If not for Sarath Fonseka, my sister will be still with us. I urge the gentlemen of the TFJ to consider our plight and record my affidavit for your case against Gen. Sarath Fonseka. I hope I didn't submit this too late.

Mr. Fein should prosecute the entire Sinhala race who kicked and made so many innocent tamils explode in a most uncivilized manner. The Sinhalese do understand the gravity of kicking tamils who have this well known vulnerability to explode into small pieces and scatter everywhere, and still continue to kick them. This has caused such anguish and grief, it has now caused most Tamils (aka Tameez) to explode even when someone speaks against their glorious leader or the wonderful nation of eLam 9aka eezam).
The whole Sinhala nation is responsible for this barbarism perpetrated upon the innocent tameez who's salvarkameez get blasted too..
