(July 14, London, Sri Lanka Guardain) Anti Pakistan elements are trying hard to keep Islamabad in limbo and in the sate of panic and instability.The prevailing fresh wave of terrorisms in Pakistan is being publicly and openly supported by foreign intelligence agencies. On July 7, 2008 some unknown terrorists baffled Karachi after triggering a series of six blasts within one hour in various areas of the city and leaving behind two persons killed, 50 injured and unrest in the masses. The blasts reminded me another 7 July of 2005 when at 9 a.m. four suicide bombers blew themselves in London subway trains and one on a bus. The explosions killed 56 people, including the bombers, and injured more than 800 others.
The entire London Underground was closed for the day, and cellular telephone systems were jammed, leading to commuter chaos. UK Intelligence agencies made Islamic extremist responsible for launching of that Attack. The timings, selection of targets, methodology, mission and purpose of explosions in Karachi have lot many similarities like dates as already said July 7, i.e. middle day of G - 8 Conference , inflicting causalities on men and material, creating harassment , damaging Islam , shaking economy of both the countries and pressurizing both Pakistani and UK governments to keep on supporting so called war on terror. In 2005, nobody could have imagined that London Blasts might have been backed by RAW in collaboration with Mossad. At that time Prime Minister Tony Blair and Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said the bombings had "the hallmarks of an al-Qaeda-related attack". The incidents of Karachi and London linkage is unleashing the RAW, Mossad “”Triple Seven Plan “with the approval their common master.
On July 6, 2008 a day earlier to Karachi and Kabul Blasts a suicide attack killed 23 mostly police personnel while over 50 have been wounded near Melody Market of Islamabad . The reports were there that terrorist may carryout some sabotage activities on the first anniversary of the last year operation against Lal Musjid’s militants. Despite taken the security measures the powerful explosion took place just after conclusion of the conference organized held under arrangements of lal Musjid administration. The suicidal attack was made just against the law enforcing agency that was on protection and security duties. If we closely monitor the Kashmir Situation we can get the answer of Lal musjid incident. Kashmiries people are fighting for their rights in Jumu and Kashmir. Indian government has put their leaders behind the bar just after their visits to Islamabad. Reports say that Indian security forces have burned the Jamia Mosque and whole nation started agitation against this incident. Taliban and other religion groups didn’t accept the responsibility of this blast. . Thus it’s quite possible that Raw had planned to carry out bomb blasts in the vicinity of Lal Masjid just to assist its government in coming out of the Jamia Mosque issue of Kashmir. President, Prime Minster, interior minister, army, spokes man MAJor General Athar Abbas, complete political leadership has condemned this cowardly act.
RAW, ever since its creation, has always been a vital and remained working through covert operations in the regional countries. The credit goes to this organization that in very short span of time mastered the art of spy warfare. He further stressed that Extremists continue to show their disregard for all human life and their willingness to kill fellow Muslims as well as others. He also said that the United States stands with the people of Afghanistan and India as they are facing common enemy. President Hamid Karzai condemned the bombing and said it was carried out by militants trying to rupture the friendship between Afghanistan and India. The Interior Ministry and Intelligence Chief of Khad meanwhile, hinted that the attack was carried out with help from Pakistan's intelligence service, saying that "terrorists have carried out this attack in coordination and consultation with some of the active intelligence circles in the region."
Pakistan categorically denied the involvement of ISI and strongly condemned the bomb blasts in Kabul. A Taliban spokesman, Zabiullah Mujahid, denied that the militants were behind the bombing. The Taliban spokes man said, "Whenever we do a suicide attack, we confirm it," "The Taliban did not do this one." The Prime Minster Gillani and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, said Pakistan condemned the attack and terrorism in all forms.
It’s evident from the statements of Pakistani and Taliban spokes men that involvement of RAW and CIA in series of attacks in Pakistan and Islamabad are quite obvious because of certain reasons, firstly creation instability in the region, secondly UK believes in negotiation and not in favour of keeping its employment her troops in Iraq and Afghanistan , thirdly Indian desire of inducting its forces inside Afghanistan and also deploying on western border of Pakistan, fourthly forcing NATO’s countries to send more troops in Afghanistan ,fifthly continuously blaming ISI for cross border terrorism sixthly assassination attempt of Karzai , seventhly linkage of assassination of Mst Bhenazir Bhutto might take Security Council to RAW and CIA so there is a necessity to launching preemptive and lastly diverting attention of American and Indian masses from their Nuclear deal . Washington is ready in giving full assurance for provision of nuclear spares to New Delhi in return India has to open their civilian nuclear installation for the inspection of IAE Authorities . Indian political leaders very rightly opposing this pending deal. The media war again Pakistan nuclear war programme by western media is on its climax. Our leader including Doctor A.Q Khan must take care while giving statements on national issues, which may harms security of Pakistan.
The recent competition on space technology is again confirming the design of various political and regional blocks. The countries like US, UK, Russia, India, Israel, North Korea and Japan are dragger drawn to each other in achieving of the said technology. Cold War space race between the United States and the former Soviet Union has again started since the global competition today is being driven by national pride, newly earned wealth, a growing cadre of highly educated men and women, and the confidence. The achievements in space will bring substantial soft power as well as military benefits. Indian has launched 20 various rocket in the space which are performing number of tasks starting from communication to spying. UNO must look into it and take some steps before that space war between atomic powers become one of the causes of the destruction of universe. The positive use of the space be encouraged rather than its achieving military goals.
Concluding, I must say that above revealed discussion will provide a thought and base to intelligence agency of UK (MI 6) for reinvestigating London blasting Plan because she have been given the Check Mate by CIA, RAW and Mossad in 2005 . I will like to mention here that buying and launching motivated innocent kids in the name of religion against became quite easy through RAW and CIA paid connected middleman. The foreign agents have also been entered in Taliban and criminal groups of FATA and reaming parts of the countries, so our government and security agencies should play sensibly and actively to launch the counter intelligence offensive.The linkages of seven – seven Plans might harm the UK interests in Europe too, MI – 6 should also try to search the actually enemy of the European community instead just looking towards Islamic Extremists. Pakistan is too facing serious challenges to its security so political leadership must display unity, solidarity, and face the crises instead involving themselves in political issues like Long March, Judges Crises and Kala Bagh Dam.Coalition’s government of Pakistan must carry out peace negotiations with the local groups and at the same time stern action against those elements who challenge the writ of the government. US and its allies including India and Israel is supporting puppet ruler of Afghanistan to gain control over the region. Their policies are directly helping in expansion of terrorism instead its elimination. South Asian countries should sit to gather to resolve the issue permanently rather than playing in the hands of Washington.

Such fears were kept at bay by the R&AW's able leadership (although detractors of R&AW and especially the Janata Party have accused the agency of letting itself be used for terrorising and intimidating opposition during emergencies). The main controversy which has plagued R&AW in recent year is over bureaucratisation of the system with allegations about favoritism in promotions etc R&AW also suffers from ethnic imbalances in the officer level. In 2006, Indian magazine Outlook reported that although India has a Muslim minority numbering 140 million, there was not one single high level Muslim officer in R&AW. Reuters quoted anonymous sources as saying there were some Muslims in RAW, but they were mostly field officers. Noted security analyst and former Additional Secretary B.Raman has criticised the agency for its asymmetric growth; "while being strong in its capability for covert action it is weak in its capability for intelligence collection, analysis and assessment. Strong in low and medium-grade intelligence, weak in high-grade intelligence. Strong in technical intelligence, weak in human intelligence. Strong in collation, weak in analysis. Strong in investigation, weak in prevention. Strong in crisis management, weak in crisis prevention.
In September 2007, R&AW was involved in controversy due to the high profile CBI raid at the residence of Maj Gen (retired) V K Singh, a retired Joint Secretary of R&AW who has recently written a book on R&AW where it was alleged that political interference and corruption in the intelligence agency has made it vulnerable to defections. A case under Official Secrets Act has also been filed.
In recent past there has been few high profile defections and scandals which have tarnished the image of R&AW as efficient agency, some of the scandals that were in news in past are:

Rabinder Singh Joint secretary and heading R&AW's South East Asia department had defected to America on June 5, 2004. R&AW had already become suspicious about his movements and he was under surveillance and his telephones were also tapped. He was also confronted by Counter Intelligence officials on 19 April 2004. Despite all precautions Rabinder Singh managed to defect with 'sensitive files' he had allegedly removed from R&AW's headquarters in south New Delhi. This embarrassing fiasco and national security failure are attributed to weak surveillance, shoddy investigation and lack of coordination between the Counter-Intelligence and Security (CIS), IB and R&AW. According to unconfirmed reports Singh has surfaced in Virginia, USA. Recently in an affidavit submitted to the court R&AW deposed that Singh has been traced to New Jersey
2007 Bangladeshi Spy Scandal:
The man in question here was a Bangladeshi DGFI agent who concealed his nationality and was known by the name of Diwan Chand Mallik. He was known to have some important documents which are dangerous for national security. He joined in 1999 and used to live in East Delhi. A case of cheating and forgery was filed at the Lodhi Colony police station on the basis of a complaint by a senior R&AW official.
