(June 30, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Foreign Minister Bogollagama ‘s Ministry has complained that the Foreign Minister has exhausted the total annual budgetary allocation for his travel within the first six months itself !
No funds or people’s funds are down the drain regardless, the Minister tenaciously sticks to his jumbo entourages and tours. Just yesterday, (29 Jun), he made yet another foreign journey to deliver invitations to the prospective guests for the 15th SAARC summit.
The Ministry is now frantically trying to get a supplementary vote passed in Parliament for additional funds. - Sri Lanka Guardian
