(May 14, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) National Patriotic Movement [NPM] is divided into two groups.Gunadasa Amarasekara and some of leading figures of NPM are supported Werawansa and Rev.Dambara Amila and some regional leaders of the PNM support the Somawansa faction.It came to light today at the inaugural meeting of the JNF [ political party of the Wimal Weerawansa faction] held in Colombo.
In a separate media briefing held in Colombo today Rev. Dambara Amila of the PNM critisised Gunadasa Amarasekara's actions on the JNF.He said Mr.Amarasekara is acting without consulting the other PNM members , he said.This situation shows the PNM is not addressing their main aim such as the defeat the terrorism and to educate public on terrorism . - Sri Lanka Guardian
As long as every member has the same objective and as long as the every member work to reach the same objective what is wrong if they go on their own.
