(March 25, London, Sri Lanka Guardian) Sources close to LTTE front Shree Muththu Maari Amman temple confirm that diehard activist of the LTTE in Tamil Nadu, India, Pala Nedumaran will be speaking at the temple on March 29, 2008. The said temple is managed by Sivayogam Charity.
Pala Nedumaran has been invited under the pretext of making a speech on religious and cultural matters at the temple. He is said to be a close associate of the former LTTE fund manager Nagenthiram Seevaratnam who has been removed as trustee of the Sivayogam Trust by the Charity Commission last year.
N Seevaratnam is said to be managing the affairs of the temple through his brother Nagenthiram Karunanithy who is the temple manager. Sources say N Seevaratnam is permanently domiciled in the temple and running its affairs from their despite being removed as trustee by the Charity Commission.
The LTTE activists is said to have lined up pro LTTE meetings and interviews for Pala Nedumaran who is expected to stay in the UK for a month.
