(January, 01, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Former Minister and UNP Parliamentarian T. Maheswaran who was shot at Sri Ponnambala Vaneswara Hindu Temple in Kochchikade, Kotahena,Colomboon this morning succumbed to injuries at the intensive care unit of the Colombo General Hospital.According to sources , along with UNP Parliamentarian T. Maheswaran, his body guard too had died due to gun shot injuries. Six more had been injured.
