(November, 05, London, Sri Lanka Guardian) The head of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) Arunachalam Chrishanthakumar alias Shanthan will appear in the Royal Court of Justice on November 5.2007 to answer several charges brought against him under Terrorism Act by the Crown Prosecution Service.Shanthan will be questioned and respond to six charges filed against him. Since his arrest three months ago he is held in detention and his application for bail had been refused by the Court.
