After the conclusion of their weeks-long tour among the Tamil Diaspora, V. Anandasangaree, D. Sitharthan and T. Sritharan, representing the TULF, PLOTE and EPRLF (Pathmanaba Group) respectively, said, 'We are convinced that India has a role to play and peace cannot be achieved without Indian advice and guidance. Being the world`s largest democracy and in very close proximity to Sri Lanka, India has a moral duty to do so. Hence the visit to New Delhi became necessary.
Meanwhile Swiss Ranjan who is a leader of the PLOTE in Switzerland says; “we should not attack to government on this moment because the government has doing difficult process against the LTTE.”
“The LTTE is a main problem, they are main enemy for the Tamil People and whole the Sri Lankan also they have become regional threats. We must be stopped it. We can’t do it as an individual teams or divided”, he told the Lanka Guardian.
