Special IC for Jaffna city people

Special Identity Cards are being issued to the Jaffna town people, who are under the 512 Brigade. This work commenced yesterday by the army officials at the Jaffna Thuraiappah Stadium and this work is to continue till September 8th. All persons over ten years living in the Jaffna town were requested to obtain the relevant forms from the nearby army camps for this purpose and to call over with the duly completed forms and with two stamp sized colour photos as this identity card is a must, said the Major P.V. Perera of 512 brigade.
